Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic Floor physical therapy is an effective, non-invasive treatment approach used to improve symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. At Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, our physical therapists incorporate a variety of non-surgical treatment approaches to retrain the pelvic floor muscles that help control bladder, bowel, and sexual function. John, Southlake, TX

I approached Jennifer to help me with the side effects post Robotic Prostatectomy and the impact of follow-up Radiotherapy in the pelvic region. Jennifer specializes in this area of treatment and provided a professional review of my condition, a detailed exercise program focused on core improvement with a pragmatic view of time scales and objectives of the treatment. Her mental support is also a valuable part of the improvement process and we continue to build on the early positive results of the treatment plan.

Jennifer is an amazing physical therapist and helped me so much with a strain in my lower back (S/I joint) during my 2nd pregnancy. I was worried because I had a trip to NYC and did not think that I would be able to walk. After a few treatments with Jennifer I was happily walking around the city as the result of targeted exercises and perfectly placed kinesio-tape. Additionally, I am a pre and post natal yoga instructor and have referred many many women to Jennifer, as well as men, because I trust her. She is professional and really listens to her patients to create the best plan of treatment together. Can’t say enough good things about her!
