Your treatment session will start with a conversation where we listen to you and address all of your concerns. We will then begin the evaluation process, while talking you through what we are doing and the issues we are seeing. Many injuries and limitations are caused by faulty movement, we will identify these areas of concerns, reconcile them with what you have told us about your injuries, limitations and goals and then work through a treatment plan with you.
You know your body best and we want to work with you to make sure all of your concerns are addressed.
Once we have completed your evaluation we will move forward with the treatment plan. At each visit following you can expect one-on-one hands on care 100% of the time you spend at Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness. We do not believe in asking our patients to pay to do exercises that can be done at home or at the gym.
One of the main reasons we are able to help our patients heal faster is our commitment to giving you what you are paying for…..time with a specialist. We spend your sessions providing hands on care which leads to less visits and in most cases less money out of pocket.
At Inspire Physical Therapy all sessions are one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We offer one hour and 30 minute sessions of which 100% of your time is spent with a Physical Therapist. Prices vary based on times and services, so please call us at 817-912-1420 to inquire about pricing.
We are not in-network with any providers, we are a fee-for-service clinic. We can provide receipts with all necessary information for a self claim. If this is something you are interested in please let us know at the time of booking.
Please read below to see how changes with many insurance providers have made it cheaper to not use your benefits for some services (like PT). If you have high PT co-pays or deductibles, it will likely be cheaper to not use your benefits.
This is causing incomplete and insufficient care due to cost constraints…….Doctors have to see 2 sometimes more patients per hour to make negotiated rates make sense for their business. This leads to longer healing times and more visits.
At Inspire we believe treating the root cause is imperative to getting our patients back to the things they love. Our sessions are one hour of which 100% of your time is spent receiving hands on care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. This model allows us to take a focused approach to healing which means the majority of our patients only require one session per week.
On top of our focused care approach you will sometimes pay more out of pocket with providers that “take your insurance.” I know this seems confusing, unfortunately that is the case with much of the healthcare industry right now.
Many insurance policies do not cover PT services or they require a high deductible, in this scenario you could be paying over $200 per session until you meet your deductible. This mixed with an environment where you are not receiving focused care at each visit can drive your cost up substantially. Now this is not the case for everyone so, I would just ask that before you make the decision based on a provider being in network, check your policy to make sure you do what is best for you.
We know health insurance can often be confusing, so we are here to help in any way we can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.
